Rankavox AI is made by Ghanashyam Kurkuria, Rayagada, Odisha, India. You can reach us at hello@rankavox.com. This page explains what data this website and the Rankavox AI WordPress plugin handle.
This website
- This website does not use cookies, advertising or analytics scripts.
- If you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply and, if you asked for it, to tell you when the plugin is available. We do not sell or share them.
- Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (for example IP address and time of request) for security.
The WordPress plugin
- The plugin runs inside your own WordPress site. Your settings, scores, API keys and reports are stored in your own WordPress database.
- The plugin has no server of its own. We do not receive your content, your keys, your visitors' data or your scores.
- The plugin does not set cookies and does not add tracking code to your public pages.
- When you delete the plugin from the WordPress Plugins screen, its data is removed from your database.
AI crawler log
The plugin can note when a known AI crawler (for example GPTBot or ClaudeBot) requests one of your pages. It stores the crawler name, the page address, the page title and the time. It does not store IP addresses and it does not record visits from people. You can clear the log at any time.
Optional services the plugin can contact
Nothing is sent until you use the matching feature. Each service has its own terms and privacy policy.
- Anthropic (Claude): if you choose Claude and add your own key, the prompt for the AI tool you run (your keyword and text from the post or page you are working on) is sent to api.anthropic.com. Privacy policy
- OpenAI: if you choose OpenAI and add your own key, the same kind of prompt is sent to api.openai.com. Privacy policy
- Google PageSpeed Insights: if you tick the PageSpeed option, the address of the page and your optional key are sent to Google. Privacy policy
- Google Search Console: if you connect it with your own Google OAuth client, the plugin signs in with Google and reads search performance data for your verified site (read-only). Privacy policy
- Google Search: the Reddit presence check sends your keyword or brand name, with "site:reddit.com", to Google Search. Privacy policy
- Websites you ask it to scan: when you scan a URL or add a competitor, the plugin requests that page and, for some checks, its robots.txt, llms.txt and sitemap files. If you turn on scheduled checks, those addresses are requested again daily or weekly.
Your choices
Every service above is optional. You can leave API keys empty, skip the optional tests and clear the crawler log. To ask a question or to have your emails to us deleted, write to hello@rankavox.com.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top will change. This page is a plain description of how the product works and is not legal advice.
